How does All In or Fold work?

Two options preflop, shove or fold, with no postflop betting.

How All-In or Fold Works

All-In or Fold (AOF) is a fast-format version of Texas Hold’em built for speed and simplicity. Instead of multiple betting rounds, each player makes just one decision per hand: go all-in or fold. Standard poker hand rankings still apply, so if you already know how to play Hold’em, you already know how to win at AOF.

How a Hand Plays Out

  1. Each player is dealt 2 hole cards.
  2. Each player chooses one action: All-In (commit your entire stack) or Fold (exit the hand).
  3. All remaining players go directly to showdown. No flop, turn, or river betting to navigate.
  4. Five community cards are dealt automatically.
  5. The best 5-card hand wins the pot.

That’s it. No multi-street decisions, no bet sizing. Just one call to make per hand.

Jackpot

Every AOF hand collects a small Jackpot Fee from each player, which is added to a shared global pool (paid in USDT).

The Jackpot is triggered when a player wins the hand using both of their hole cards to make a Straight Flush or better, with at least two players all-in. A predefined percentage of the pool is paid out instantly to the winner, and the remaining balance carries over to keep growing for future hands.

Only the pot winner is eligible for the Jackpot. It’s separate from the main pot, and no other players receive a share.

Lucky Pot

Every hand also collects a small Lucky Pot Fee, which is stored in a pool tied to the table’s stake.

Any time you go all-in, you may become eligible for an instant USDT reward. If triggered, a prize is selected based on a predefined frequency and paid out immediately. Win or lose. Multiple players can win a Lucky Pot reward in the same hand, and if the reward is triggered, it’s paid instantly even if the pool balance is running low.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is All-In or Fold (AOF)?
AOF is a simplified, high-speed version of Texas Hold’em. Instead of betting across multiple streets, each player makes a single decision per hand. All-in or fold. Using standard poker hand rankings.

How is AOF different from regular poker?
In regular Hold’em, you make decisions across multiple betting rounds (preflop, flop, turn, river). In AOF, there’s just one decision point per hand. Once players choose to go all-in or fold, the remaining hands go straight to showdown with all five community cards dealt automatically.

How long does a hand take?
Since there’s only one decision to make and no multi-street betting, hands resolve in seconds. Making AOF one of the fastest ways to play poker.

Can I win rewards even if I lose the hand?
Yes. The Lucky Pot reward isn’t tied to winning the hand. It’s triggered when you go all-in, regardless of the outcome. Multiple players can win a Lucky Pot reward in the same hand.

How do I win the Jackpot?
You win the Jackpot by winning the hand with a Straight Flush or better made using both of your hole cards, with at least two players all-in. Only the hand’s winner is eligible.
