When does my C$ expire?
Each amount of C$ has its own expiry date. The C$ that expires soonest is always spent first, and expired C$ is removed.
You can receive C$ at different times, so your balance may be made up of several amounts, each with its own expiry date.
Checking Your Expiry Dates
Your C$ shows as one total everywhere you play. To see the breakdown:
- Open the Wallet.
- Tap the details icon next to your C$ balance.
- Your C$ is listed by expiry date, with the amount that expires on each date.
The Soonest Expiry Is Always Spent First
Whenever you buy in, pay a fee, or bet with C$, Basepoker automatically uses the C$ that expires soonest. You never have to choose.
C$ You Win Back Keeps Its Expiry Date
C$ that comes back to you from a bet keeps the expiry date of the C$ you bet. Playing with C$ doesn’t extend its expiry.
If a bet uses C$ with different expiry dates, the C$ you win back keeps the same mix of dates.
Example: You hold C$ 60 that expires in 2 days and C$ 40 that expires in 10 days, and you bet C$ 80. The bet uses all C$ 60 that expires in 2 days and C$ 20 of the C$ that expires in 10 days, a 3:1 mix. Any C$ you win back is split 3:1 between the same two dates.
When C$ Expires
Expiry dates are set in whole days. Any C$ still in your balance after its expiry date is removed and can’t be recovered.
Tip: If some of your C$ expires soon, check the Wallet details view and plan your play around it.
