Where can I get help with gambling?

Free, confidential support from independent organisations with no connection to Basepoker.

Signs worth taking seriously

  • Playing longer or for more than you intended, repeatedly
  • Chasing losses with bets you would not otherwise make
  • Borrowing money, or selling things, to play
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you
  • Playing to escape stress or low mood rather than for enjoyment
  • Feeling irritable or restless when you try to stop

One on its own is worth a pause. Several together is worth talking to someone.
